Announcing a new M+ Facade co-commission for Art March Hong Kong!

M+ proudly presents ‘3 to 12 Nautical Miles’ (2026) by Pakistani-American artist Shahzia Sikander (@shahzia.sikander), co-commissioned with Art Basel (@artbasel) and presented by UBS (@ubs, @ubsglobalart).

Comprising hand-painted animation exploring global trade and power dynamics, the work will be shown on the M+ Facade every night from 23 March to 21 June 2026.

In conjunction with the commission, Shahzia Sikander will present a free illustrated lecture around her trailblazing art practice on 26 March at 17:00, in the M+ Cinema.

M+隆重呈獻巴基斯坦裔美國藝術家莎茲亞・西坎達(@shahzia.sikander)的全新作品《領海遊移》(2026)。此作品由M+與巴塞爾藝術展(@artbasel)共同委約,並由瑞銀集團(@ubs, @ubsglobalart)呈獻。

這部探討全球貿易與權力結構的手繪動畫,將於2026年3月23日至6月21日每晚在M+幕牆亮相。此外,為配合展覽,莎茲亞・西坎達將於3月26日17:00在M+戲院舉行講座,分享其開創性藝術實踐。
